This Privacy Policy explains how Manicode Worldwide, Inc., doing business as Manicode Security ("we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and shares information when you visit manicode.ai (the "Site"). We keep our data practices deliberately minimal: the Site is a static marketing page, and we only collect what we need to understand how visitors find us and to schedule the calls you request.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you book a call, you provide details (such as your name, email address, and any notes) directly to our scheduling provider, Calendly. We receive that information so we can prepare for and hold the meeting you requested.
Information collected automatically. With your consent, our analytics provider, HubSpot, sets cookies that record standard technical details — such as pages viewed, approximate location, referring site, browser, and device type — so we can measure how people discover and use the Site. If you decline, these cookies are not used and are cleared. Our hosting provider may also process basic server logs (such as IP address and request time) as a necessary part of serving the Site securely.
Cookies and tracking technologies
A cookie is a small file stored on your device. We use only the cookies listed below, all set by HubSpot for analytics. On your first visit a banner lets you accept or decline; you can change your choice at any time using the Cookie settings link in the footer. If you decline, we instruct HubSpot not to track you and remove these cookies. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes described above or as required by law. Analytics cookies expire on the schedule listed in the table, and scheduling information is retained for as long as needed to manage our conversation with you.

Our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
Children's privacy
The Site is intended for professional audiences and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
